IT Business Application - NAV/BC Administrator (m/f/d)

1st Level users:in-Support & Troubleshooting: detection, analysis and solution of technical problems as well as complex system disorders to ensure smooth processes. System maintenance & performance monitoring: performing regular maintenance, updates and patches in Business Central, monitoring performance and ensuring the long-term stability of the systems. Customizing & Integration: Adapting modules, user rights, forms and workflows, seamless integration of new solutions and optimal coordination of Business Central to the needs of the specialist departments. Training & Enablement: User Training:Inside, Knowledge Transfer and Sustainable Improvement of Business Central Use. IT-Security & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all security policies and the safe operation of the systems. Accompanying the Digital Transformation: Proactive participation in new projects, promoting the digitalization and further development of Business Central as a central component of the corporate strategy.

Technical expertise: You have deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and master the administration and configuration of business center applications. Problem-solving & Troubleshooter: You quickly analyze technical challenges, as requirement management is not a foreign word for you – finding smart solutions is in your blood so that you can handle stable and safe systems. Work Smart & Own Responsibility: Structured, independent working with a focus on efficient and sustainable solutions is of course for you. Collaboration & Communication: You have very good communication skills (in German and English) and work closely, solution-oriented with specialist departments and external partners.
