Expert ASD S2000M (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the ASD S2000M process both in your own organizational unit and for colleagues and contribute to the further development of the field of IPS. You co-ordinate and create the IPL creation contracts together with the customer (see ASD S2000M). You will participate in planning, appointment and expertise meetings, national and international specialist working groups. In addition, you conduct consultations with internal specialist departments as well as external suppliers and customers. You set up IPL documents (TM) independently in a database-based editorial system, highlight all specifications and specifications and catalogue spare parts. You check the available materials and ensure the plausibility and quality of material and structural data as the basis for IPL creation. You will find necessary information (e.g. product/reference photos) in cooperation with specialist departments and prepare the image boards to be created. You create sketches and graphic designs including Hotspots, prompts their implementation and controls the result.

You have a completed study in the technical or economic field or a technician training with relevant professional experience. You have experience in dealing with the Spec. ASD S2000M (alternatively additional creation policy B007) and the creation of IPL. You have several years of professional experience, especially in the field of IPS/Material Management and in dealing with öAG projects. You are safe in handling MS‐Office and SAP and have a good technical understanding. You work independently, structured and analytically and have a strong communication and enforcement capability. You show initiative, creativity and commitment. You are resilient, team-oriented and can express yourself clearly and precisely in writing. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
