As a CRM Solution Consultant, you are responsible for the analysis, optimization and implementation of CRM software from our customers. To do this, use modern low-code/no-code platforms to develop customized solutions. In this context you will: Record and analyze technical requirements for customers in the field of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) CRM solutions based on modern low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, SAP CX) design and design Digital business processes in sales, marketing and customer service Support the implementation of CRM systems in configuration, customizing and integration – without or with minimal code usage Conduct workshops, user training and testing Work closely with IT developers, project leaders and stakeholders on the customer side

As a CRM Solution Consultant, you should bring: Completed studies in the field of (economic)informatics, business management, or a comparable qualification Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Platform, Salesforce Lightning, Creatio Studio, OutSystems, Appian etc.) Experience in the functional consulting of CRM systems of advantage Understanding business processes in marketing, sales or customer service Knowledge of modelling and optimization of business processes Interest in AI tools to use them supportively in your working day, taking into account the applicable legal requirements (e.g. EU‐AI‐Act, Data Protection, Compliance) Basic travel readiness (3 days/week), depending on the customer situation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
