In the area of MB.OS Customer Experience, we offer you the opportunity to become part of a highly innovative team. Together we work on the MBUX multimedia system, one of the world's leading in-car software solutions that revolutionize the driving experience. As a working student, you support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in their task of ensuring the smooth cooperation of around 160 developers and UI/UX designers. With your commitment, you contribute to the efficient implementation of agile working methods and keep our teams on track. You help organize regular planning meetings and Syncs, set metrics and prepare reports. Your contribution has a direct impact on the success of a project that will shape the automotive world sustainably.

We place great emphasis on team culture and personal interaction These challenges include: Participation in RTE’s operating daily business Interval (PI) Plannings: Organisation of a Quarterly Planning Event Promoting continuous improvement: support in optimizing agile processes and promoting a positive error culture Analysis of agile release train performance: Tracking targets and milestones by creating, maintaining and analyzing metrics in Agile Hive & EazyBi. Independent Care of the Way of Working Documentaries in Confluence Editorial control of internal communication and creation of attractive presentations in German and English Promoting a culture of trust and transparency. The work student activity can begin from September 2025.

You are studying economic engineering, economic psychology, business management, economic informatics or an engineering degree course such as computer science/software development, psychology, cognition science or a comparable subject You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have a secure handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) You have experiences with Jira (Agile Hive) and Confluence, knowledge of BI analysis tools (of advantage) and experiences with digital whiteboards (like Mural) and survey tools (like Menti) You are open and friendly You have a safe appearance, analytical and strategic thinking, quick incorporation into complex topics and an interest in future technologies are drawing you In addition, you bring a high level of initiative and readiness to perform Other requirements: You already have experiences with agile working methods according to SAFe and understand how SCRUM and Kanban teams work A driving licence of class B is advantageous Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
