Internal Audit Officer – Focus on Credit & Accounting (m/f/d)

Examination: You carry out process and risk-oriented audits, especially in accounting and credit, and evaluate the quality of internal control systems. Review & Recommendations: You identify with your colleague, how to optimize financial and credit processes, develop effective improvement measures and accompany their implementation. Reporting: If you first write address-oriented audit reports, evaluate the results transparently and conduct structured final discussions together with the audit management. Data & process analysis: You analyze relevant financial and risk data, evaluate their plausibility and functionality and support the further development of the test methodology. Regulatorik & Planning: You will follow relevant regulatory developments and, in coordination with the audit management and your colleague, you will take into account the audit planning, while at the same time introducing your ideas into the further development of the methods and processes of revision. Overarching cooperation: You work closely with internal interfaces and support your colleagues in their topics. You are therefore actively contributing to improving our financial and risk structures.

(m/w/d); Alternatively, a university degree or comparable High bank expertise, ideally also experience in one of the following areas: internal audit, accounting, risk controlling, credit business or an audit firm Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial, risk and credit processes Knowledge of legal and supervisory requirements High integrity, independence and a good understanding of governance structures Structured and careful work and joy in questioning things Communication ability at eye level and the ability to understand complex facts Willingness to take responsibility and work on new topics
