You have successfully completed your studies in the field of construction, architecture or construction management You bring project experience in the construction of commercial and industrial buildings You have a well-founded knowledge of building, planning and contracting principles such as HOAI, VOB and BauGB You have experience in the production environment and ideally about experience abroad Ideally, you are safe in handling Google Workspace as well as common project management tools or building documentation software You are characterized by a pronounced solution orientation, hands-on mentality and construction site suitability You own a class B driver's license and bring travel readiness with you You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation
