Operational day business support: You actively participate in the daily business and support the team in all tasks Care and input of data into the system: You are responsible for the careful care and updating of data in our internal systems Processing of data and information for further processing: You collect and structure relevant data for creating reports and presentations Support for projects and tenders: You work closely with the team and help actively implement projects and tenders General administrative office activities and correspondence: You take care of the management of general correspondence, take over administrative activities and support in the field of entrepreneurship:internal management

Availability: You are available for about 12-16 hours per week on at least 2 days, ideally in the morning Technical know-how: You bring very good PC skills and draw your attention through a quick understanding Team skills: teamwork is your heart, and you actively contribute to a positive working environment Friendly appearance: Your appearance is always friendly, binding and sympathetic, which makes you an estimated respondent Communication strength: You have a pronounced linguistic kinship and do not hesitate to actively contact by phone or personally.
