You advise and consult our customers on questions about our software solutions in the field of municipal finance. You support professionally in particular on issues related to taxes, fees and contributions. You are analysing, documenting and handling customer requests structured and independent in our ticket system. You prepare complex cases in a professional manner and coordinate further processing with internal cutting points. You carry out training, user advice and service contracts for our customers. You support the development and maintenance of knowledge, documentation and application aids for a high quality of service.

You have completed training or studies in administrative, financial or comparable fields. You bring knowledge in local finance, in particular in the supply of taxes, fees and contributions. You have ideally experience in a commune, for example in combing, cash register, tax office, tax administration or financial administration. At best you know OK.FIS / OK.FINN or have already worked with comparable local specialist procedures. You work exactly, solution-oriented as well as structured, and you can easily arrange complex content. You communicate clearly, kindly and legally, and you want to help customers in a professional way.
