In order to strengthen our IT organization, we are looking for Specialist (w/m/d) for operational information security and IT-regulatorics Parttime (at least 50%).

Your tasks: You are actively and responsible for strengthening our First Line of Defense in the field of IT as part of our information security management. You implement the regulatory requirements and processes within your area of competence. You operationalize specifications and guidelines, develop concepts in the field of IT operation and maintain the necessary documentation. You maintain and develop technical systems for the implementation and effective control of regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, EU AI Act, MaRisk) in our savings bank. You work with IT operation and support and are part of the problem management. You support colleagues in implementing the requirements for IT systems and information security (e.g. application procedures, maintenance of the information network). You are contact persons for internal and external audits in the field of information security and for our essential IT service providers.

Your personal profile: You have completed training as a banker (w/m/d) or comparable qualifications. You have a high interest in the issue of information security and have as much as possible their first professional experience in implementing bank supervisory requirements. You are technically affin and you can easily handle legal texts. You can think analytically, have a structured way of working and work in a solution-oriented manner. You possess communication strength, persuasiveness and a safe occurrence. You are flexible, resilient and are happy to work in the team.
