Event Manager (m/w/d)

which supports our M arketing and Communication T eam in the further development, implementation and realization of our event activities.

Planning, implementation and preparation of trade fairs, events and conferences in the internal and external sectors

Development of event concepts

Budgeting and coordination of contracts and costing and cost control of events

Management of external suppliers such as trade fair builders, catering or event technology

Creating invitations and login pages

Support for marketing measures and press work around an event

Close cooperation with our businesses in the design, preparation and implementation of their events and conferences

Participants and feedback management

Regular reporting and reviewin g of our events including the derivation of future optimization potentials

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you have a service-oriented mindset and high motivation to create unique events together. You also bring: Successfully completed studies or training in the areas of event management, leisure and tourism management, event management or comparable qualification comparable training (e.g. as a merchant for marketing communication)

2-5 years of experience in event management and in the organization of internal and external events (e.g. site openings, fairs, conferences)

Embossed hand-on mentality, dynamic, flexible and loadable

Flexible handling with spontaneous challenges

Teamplayer gene and communicative character

Service-oriented thinking and high motivation to create unique events together

Curiosity, creativity, openness & fun in independent work

Feeling for new trends and affinity for digital event solutions

Experience in handling digital event management systems

Very good English skills

Self-employed, structured and careful working

Experience in managing service providers and agencies
