In this responsibly position, you serve our customers directly on site, work at the interface between technology and customer service, and contribute significantly to ensuring the high quality of our products and services permanently.

Commissioning of 3D printers: installation and commissioning of 3D printers with our customers on site. Maintenance and repair work: performing regular maintenance and repair work on the equipment at our customers. Installation of additional equipment and upgrades: assembly of additional components and execution of later upgrades to the systems. Error diagnosis and troubleshooting: analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems, both by phone, email and on-site at the customer, and initiation of appropriate measures. Consulting and technical support: providing competent advice and technical support for our customers. Customer Instructions and Training: Training and Instructions for Customers to Optimise Use of 3D Printers. Installation/degradation of plants at fairs: installation and dismantling of plants at fairs in German-speaking countries. Creation of service and installation reports: documentation of service operations and installation results in corresponding reports. These tasks offer you the opportunity to use your technical know-how in an innovative environment and at the same time to support our customers with your expertise and service.

Complete training in an electrotechnical profession, preferably in mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering or electromechanics or a comparable qualification. Ideally professional experience in the field service. Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs and Windows 10. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Reliability, resilience, flexibility and team capacity. Individual initiative, communication strength and customer/service-oriented thinking. Class B licence and regular readiness to travel in German-speaking countries.
