Your tasks – You can look forward to this Special responsibility: You bear the technical responsibility for the field of operating technology, perform all operator tasks, ensure the implementation of all maintenance measures and also carry out them in part. Integrated plant management: You ensure the full use of the CAFM software as well as a legally secure documentation and control system tracking. You are an electrical master (m/w/d) in building technology, utility technology or operating technology and have several years of professional and leadership experience. You already have knowledge of the relevant rules and a good understanding of the analysis and solution of technical challenges. You control the safe handling of MS Office and ideally with CAFM systems. In everyday work, you will be able to convince with commitment, team skills and a pronounced service orientation. You are ready to participate in continuing and continuing training and have a class B licence.
