Fully qualified lawyer in collective bargaining law (m/f/d)

Analysis, development and legal form of collective bargaining as well as grouping and remuneration structures Conception, testing and optimisation of labour and civil law regulations to ensure legal compliance Legal advice and support for collective bargaining, collective bargaining talks and strategic questions in collective bargaining and civil servant law Assessment of complex legal issues and the preparation of sound opinions, drafts of decisions and recommendations for action Analysis of legal developments and the collective bargaining landscape as well as development of concepts for the further development of collective agreements incl. Cost calculations Support and coordination of key stakeholders as well as support for labour and civil law procedures including strategic process management

Completion of academic studies in law with the completion of the first and second state exams First relevant professional experience in a comparable role in collective bargaining and in particular civil servant law Knowledge of the design and development of remuneration systems, collective labour law (particularly co-determination for remuneration issues) and civil servants, grades and pension rights Interpretation and application of relevant legal bases (GG, BeamtStG, BBG, or State law, BHO, secondary legislation) Very good knowledge of collective labour law, in particular collective bargaining law (TVG), establishment of collective agreements (legal/normative part, scope of application, legal effects), collective bargaining autonomy according to Art. 9 (3) GG and its limits Language of negotiation German at a very high level in word and writing (reaction of tariff texts, argumentation in negotiations)

Group of charges: E14 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
