We are looking for a dedicated lawyer (m/w/d), who specializes in the comprehensive handling of traffic accidents. The area of responsibility shall include in particular: Own-sponsored mandate management: In a fully digital, paperless firm, you take over the independent processing of traffic mandates - from the acceptance of the accident to the conclusion of the case. Damage regulation: You enforce the claims of our clients against the opposing liability insurance. This includes the assertion of property damage (repair costs, impairment loss, expert costs etc.) and personal damage (pain money, treatment costs, loss of earnings etc.). Correspondence: You conduct all correspondence with clients, insurance companies, authorities, workshops and experts. Process management: You represent the interests of our clients both extrajudicially and in disputed proceedings before the competent courts. Testing and evaluation: You analyze the liability rate, examine the opposing objections and evaluate the prospects for success of our clients' claims. fines and fines: You defend our clients in traffic offences and criminal proceedings related to a traffic accident. Special interest: You have a strong interest in traffic law and ideally have already gained first practical experience in the area of accident damage regulation.
