Service Advisor Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)

Personal customer support from vehicle and dialogue acceptance via order creation and extension to the finished vehicle transfer. Coordination and processing of workshop orders as well as accident, warranty and billing operations including invoice creation and understandable explanation to the customer. Active advice on additional services and performance of technical vehicle assessments for sale – with its own responsibility and direct influence on customer and business success.

Ideally several years of professional experience as a service consultant or customer service consultant in the automotive sector as well as a good technical understanding of vehicles and workshop processes. Experience with Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is of advantage, but not a requirement – significant customer and service orientation as well as the ability to understand technical issues are crucial. Self-sponsored and responsible operation, sovereign appearance and communication strength as well as the pleasure of consulting customers with a solution-oriented approach and recognizing additional services.
