Expert Test Management (m/w/d)

Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2.450 employees, including over 1,700 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 550 employees work at the head office in Cologne, with around 200 employees working at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. In order to support the IT sector, we are looking for one or one or more Expert Test Management (m/w/d)

Test planning with a wide view: support in the development and establishment of test methodological standards in the agile context as well as the creation and maintenance of test plans based on user stories and acceptance criteria. Holistic test understanding: Ensure that functional, non-functional, explorative and automated tests are taken into account in all phases. Implementation with a claim: independent planning and execution of test activities – manually or automated – in close cooperation with development teams. Accompanying acceptance processes: preparation and coordination of specialist department collections, documentation of results and close coordination withProductOwnernund Stakeholders. Making quality measurable: participation in the definition of relevant QA metrics, creating test overviews and identifying improvement measures for our QA processes. Agility live: Active participation in agile ceremonies and transparent communication of test results, risks and progress in the team.

Technical foundation: Funded knowledge of modern test methods, experience with tools such as Jira,Confluence and Test Management plugins as well as a good understanding of agile development processes (DevOps, CI/CD). Automation Competence: Automation Competence: Experience in handling test automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Leapwork) and motivation to further develop automated tests. Analytical Strength: Ability to derive test cases structured from requirements and set priorities targeted. Communication capability: clarity and precision in the presentation of test results, paired with sovereign appearance incross-functional teams. Quality Consciousness: High demand for accuracy, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
