As an IT manager expert (m/w/d) with the focus on IT-Governance and Service Continuity Management, you are an expert in the design and implementation of strategic and comprehensive IT solutions. They advise the departments and projects regarding the determination of needs. In addition, you are the project manager (m/w/d) for the IT projects in your area of responsibility and are therefore responsible for the further development and ensuring the functionality of all tools and systems. Your further tasks include: Policy creation, auditing, ITSCM/BCM support, risk management of the entire operation IT Head of IT bodies and corresponding meetings as well as management of external IT bodies Control of service providers and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs Creation of Group-wide specifications and guidelines Further development and creation of process descriptions as well as their implementation Market analysis, monitoring with a view to innovative topics and forward-looking trends

Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, BWL with IT focus or similar area Long-standing professional experience in an IT expert position and well-founded experience in creating IT concepts Very good English skills in word and writing, in particular Communication and team skills as well as outstanding analytical skills Global readiness
