As a central contact person in our service team, our insured persons will advise you by phone and in writing on all questions of statutory health insurance. You independently process performance requests according to SGB V and thus ensure a fast and correct supply of our customers. Through your proactive care, you will recognize the individual needs of our insured persons and inform about appropriate additional services to strengthen customer satisfaction. You take care of the insured master files and document all service processes in our systems. Together with the team, you develop our service processes and ensure the high quality of our customer support.

You ideally have a training as a social security specialist or relevant professional experience in statutory health insurance. Alternatively, you will bring a commercial training and a firm will to work on social security issues. With your pronounced service orientation and empathy it is easy to advise our insured persons at eye level. You are strong in communication, are happy to work in the team and convince by a safe and friendly appearance. Their knowledge of German is at a state of negotiation (C1).
