Head of Environmental Planning (m/f/d)

The focus of your activity is on managing, controlling and coordinating the tasks, objectives and processes of the Department of Environmental Planning. You take on the technical and disciplinary responsibility for your employees As Head of Division, you are responsible for the strategic development of departmental processes and for the provision of uniform internal and external standards, taking into account budget and resource requirements. Your activities include the clarification of environmental issues and the writing of opinions and responses to approval procedures. The tendering, awarding, coordination and formal acceptance of services for external engineering and consulting services, as well as the corresponding construction and supply services, are also part of your tasks, as are the establishment of agreements/service contracts with third parties. Your responsible range of tasks will be rounded off by the management of the compensation areas in the area of responsibility with production and functional checks involving third parties and, where appropriate, by third parties.
