Engineer Planning Buildings (m/f/d)

You control and develop the planning of new construction, expansion and conservation measures for engineering works via the HOAI performance phases 1–7. You take over the tendering, awarding and coordination of planning and engineering services by contractually bound partner offices. You shall ensure the technical and legal compliance of all measures by coordination with trade unions and public authorities. You conduct the project controlling and independently manage the dates and costs of the planning measures. You coordinate and check planning, design and execution planning for complex engineering projects. You work closely with the creating internal or external professionals and agree on necessary improvements or changes.

You have successfully completed a degree (Dipl.-Ing. [FH] / Bachelor) in the field of Civil Engineering. You bring a deepening into construction, constructive engineering or comparable knowledge and professional experience. You can safely master the German language in word and writing on at least C1 level (according to CEFR). You have a valid driving licence of Class B and the willingness to operate a utility vehicle. Travel readiness for service journeys within the entire branch area.

That would be desirable: You have relevant, practice-proven professional experience in the tendering and processing of replacement and conservation measures in construction engineering. You have very good knowledge of relevant regulations such as VOB, HOAI, VgV, RAA, RSA, ASR, RStO, StVO, ZTV-Ing and RI-ERH-Ing You have practical experience in the award of engineering services and their technical and contractual processing. You bring very good user knowledge of common MS Office programs of advantage would be knowledge of iTWO and SAP software

Group of charges: E12 The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
