You will check the travel cost accounting provided and will allow the payment via the SAP travel cost module. You implement the legal requirements and apply the existing corporate guidelines. You are a contact person (m/w/d) with questions from our travelers to use the SAP tool. You support the process of A1 certifications and EU notifications. You communicate, if necessary, with applicants, internal departments and external service providers.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualifications Ideally, first professional experience in the field of travel cost accounting Knowledge of SAP travel cost module or other travel cost accounting tools Safe handling of MS Office Self-employed, service-oriented and accurate working methods, as well as responsibility and commitment
