In our Preanalytics / Sample Input department we offer you a responsible and versatile position with leadership responsibility in a dedicated team. As a central cutting point within the laboratory, you will ensure structured processes, a close cooperation between the areas and a high quality in daily laboratory work. Your tasks at a glance: Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as organisation of a team of around 25 employees in the field of preanalytics / sample intake Ensuring proper acceptance, registration and preparation of samples in accordance with ISO 15189 Implementation, monitoring and further development of SOPs (standard work instructions) for all pre-analytical processes Responsibility for quality assurance, key figures analysis and continuous optimization of workflows Training, motivation and professional development of employees Communication with senders and internal departments as well as participation in audits and certifications, including preparation of relevant documentation
