Commercial handling: processing of invoices, credits, reminders, invoice corrections and other accounting operations in the daily business Management of SAP- & Warenwirtschaftsprocesses: care and processing of goods inputs, product master files and evaluations and research Sales support: Creation and preparation of sales figures and support of the external service in operating daily business Take over order processing: collection of orders and monitoring of delivery dates Organization & Administration: Support of central mail accounts, ticket processing, office organization and planning and coordination of events and trade fairs

Training & Qualification: Completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant (m/w/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, office businessman (m/w/d) or industrial businessman (m/w/d) Professional experience & expertise: Ideally first professional experience in the commercial sector as well as interest in work with numbers and basic technical understanding IT- & language skills: Secure handling of MS-Office as well as knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Personal Competence: Responsibility and Team Skill, Commercial Thinking as well as an Independent, Targeted Work Writing
