Your main tasks:

› Processing of opposition proceedings and judicial representation of the university in study and examination matters

› Design and legal examination of higher education statutes (in particular study and examination regulations) as well as the associated consultation and committee support

› Support for administration, central institutions and departments in study-related contract matters

› Self-advising all higher education institutions in matters of study and examination law and taking over further tasks from the legal areas of the Staff Office

Your profile:

› First and second state exams, preferably at least one with “satisfactory”

› At least two years of current professional experience in the field of study and examination law

› Very good knowledge of the areas of activity and the relevant legal provisions proved by current professional experience

› Self-responsible and structured working methods and analytical understanding of complex topics and processes

› Safe and representative appearance and ability to interdisciplinary cooperation with different stakeholders

› High degree of self-motivation, independence and care as well as service-oriented working style

› Very good written and oral expressiveness
