IT Service Manager / IT Risk Manager (DORA) (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for the strategic management of IT service providers and the implementation of regulatory requirements such as DORA. You actively shape the company-wide IT third party risk management. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring their personal strengths. We exchange and develop together. In addition, you evaluate the IT third party risks and coordinate their monitoring. Your competence is in demand: you design the requirements for IT service management as well as IT third-party risk management and carry out controls on their implementation. You are driving forward the further development: You support the development of contract standards (e.g. according to DORA), create guidelines for monitoring IT service providers and exit strategies and continuously develop them. You are in constant exchange: In your daily work, you agree with service management, information security and business continuity management.

Education: You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in managing external IT service providers and in contract management or IT service management and/or in dealing with IT third party risks. Knowledge: You have profound knowledge of regulatory requirements (especially DORA, CRA, EU-AI Act) and ideally in the areas of information security, BCM and IT service management. Their knowledge of German lies at least on a C2 level in word and writing. Personality: You are characterized by their independent, structured working and analytical skills. Their pronounced communication and coordination strength round off your profile.
