The department 32 takes various tasks of regional planning, e.g. the development and changes of the regional plan for the planning region Arnsberg. It covers the fields of free space, settlement space, regional planning repositioning/artography and infrastructure/energy/fuel protection. In the fields of expertise, the regional planning procedures are subject-related and the adaptation procedures of the construction planning to the objectives of the spatial planning law (LPlG) are carried out. In the coming years, the central task will be to develop the regional plan of south-westfalen for the planning region Arnsberg. .
