New openings and remodels: You plan and control projects in the field of new openings, rebuilds and renovations of our markets and ensure a timely and budget-compliant implementation. Leadership of the team: You guide and coordinate our craft team, including our home technician, and ensure a smooth running of all technical work. Voting with partners: You are the central interface for shop builders, architects and other external service providers and monitor the implementation of construction plans and measures. Investment planning: You create investment plans for new openings, renovations and new acquisitions (e.g. machines, equipment) and ensure their implementation. Cost management: You conduct price negotiations with trades, check invoices and optimize the equipment of our stock markets. Work security: You implement work security requirements and ensure their compliance in all projects.

A successfully completed technical training (e.g. Bauzeichner) or a relevant study (e.g. architecture, civil engineering) Experience in ARCHI-CAD Multiannual experience in controlling construction projects from planning to implementation, ideally in retail or a comparable industry leadership experience and ability to motivate teams Hands-on mentality, organisational skills and solution-oriented work Willingness to regularly search our biotech markets within Frankens, if there are projects, and flexibility in working hours
