We are looking for an Export Sales Assistant (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which supports our international key account management and takes on diverse tasks in day-to-day business as well as in projects

Your duties

• They support our key account management in supporting exciting national and international trade customers and coffee companies – from the first request to the finished product
• They independently process customer orders and accompany the entire process: from order intake to maintenance in SAP to facility and export documentation
• Keep in mind the orders from production start to delivery and coordinate the processes with our internal specialist departments
• They maintain prices, customer and product master data, maintain supplier portals and thus ensure smooth processes
• In daily communication with customers answer questions, take care of delivery dates or complaints and create confidence
• They actively contribute to projects with Purchasing, R& D, Production and Marketing, and contribute to successfully implementing new ideas
• With reports and analyses, our team will help you to keep market and competitive trends in mind

Your profile

• A completed commercial training, ideally related to export or foreign trade, forms the basis
• They bring professional experience in order processing, sales administration or export business.
• You can safely master English in word and writing, and you are familiar with MS Office and SAP
• Organizational talent, self-initiative and team spirit are the best ways to pack up and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
• They are open, strong in communication and appreciate cooperation with people from different cultures
• And most importantly, you share our passion for coffee and enjoy accompanying our international customers with enthusiasm and service orientation
