Together with our central service provider in the cooperative association, we develop customer-centric solutions in an agile and cross-functional cooperation model. As a software engineer (m/w/d), you develop innovative solutions for the digital investment of tomorrow in one of several teams together with our specialist department. In this position, the following main tasks await you: Individually responsible development of customer-centric transaction and consulting solutions – from the technical concept to the implementation of the solution in a cross-functional team (business analysts, testers and specialist experts) Further and new development and optimization of innovative web applications using agile approach models (e.g. SCRUM) and the latest TechStacks Conception and support of technological developments such as continuous delivery processes, deployment and evaluation of new frameworks etc. Creating effort-indications and developing possible implementation variants (MVPs) in the cross-functional team Validation of solution scenarios with UX experts and business analysts

Successfully completed training/university studies with technical focus Multiannual professional experience as a software developer in a cross-functional or agile team Including experience in developing web applications and knowledge in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Container applications (Docker, Kubernetes) Very good understanding of innovative software solutions, design and architecture principles as well as microservice architectures Very good communication skills in German as well as the ability to understand technical concepts A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
