You design and develop scalable, secure salesforce solutions with a focus on the Sales Cloud and make sure You meet the best practices and platform guidelines Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Declarative Configuration Tools You use modern AI techniques and salesforce functions to optimize sales processes and drive automation You understand and apply integration patterns to connect Salesforce to existing backend systems (ERP, etc.) and ensure smooth end-to-end business processes You harmonize data models, processes, integrations and reusable components across multiple salesforce clouds to maximize scalability, efficiency and ease of use You take over the technical leadership, supervise other developers, perform code reviews and implement programming standards and best practices You implement quality assurance processes, perform tests and debugging, maintain technical documentation and stay up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science or related fields Multiannual practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM processes Multiannual practical experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL and Flows Funded understanding of integration patterns and practical experience in handling APIs Confidence with code review practices, CI/CD pipelines and test frameworks Salesforce certifications and experience with other Salesforce cloud (e.g. Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) are beneficial Ability to work independently and proactively knowledge of English; German knowledge is advantageous High intrinsic motivation to continuously deal with new Salesforce technologies
