In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a specialist/university engineer for the basic work of the network management (m/w/d) at the site or Bentwisch at the next possible time.

You are responsible for implementing system security-relevant functions in one of the most modern control systems in Europe. You create and analyze data and take action to optimally adapt these functions to the changing energy market. In your new position, you develop an education and training concept for the employees of our network guides. To do this, you will organize and attend professional exercises for the operating personnel to train cooperation with upstream and downstream network operators and to improve the effectiveness of the concepts for avoiding large-scale supply failures. You will not only develop training concepts, but also focus on the digitization of training and training content. At the same time, you develop innovative concepts for increasing system stability in the Group and with the transmission system operator. This includes the development and organisation of reactive power management. The implementation of training is one of your responsibilities as well as the independent organization and the acquisition of the participant feedback to ensure a continuous improvement of the training and training program. This versatile task offers you the opportunity to introduce your expertise in electrical engineering or energy technology and actively participate in the energy transition. You work in a strong team with the common goal of secure network operation and develop with our exciting tasks.

You have an electrotechnical degree (Diplom / Master) in your studies. You may have knowledge and experience in the operation of networks or power plants. Your activity in the security-relevant field requires a readiness to carry out a security check under the Security Audit Act (SÜG). As a communicative personality, you also have a targeted and cooperative way of working. You know your strengths and bring the team forward to make joint successes possible and celebrate. You have a driving licence of class 3 or B. Flowing German and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
