Project Management: You conduct independently projects to digitize our business processes and further develop our IT. You are the interface between departments and external partners. Among other things, you raise requirements, commission service providers, control project budgets, control the project team and communicate with all relevant stakeholders. Your IT background knowledge helps you evaluate design decisions and objections. Digital transformation: SaaS, CRM and DMS are not a letter salad for you. Depending on the focus, you support and further develop our cloud and hybrid solutions. In doing so, you opt for both technical and organizational interfaces, questioned processes, abstract them into processes and check to what extent technical workflows can support. Together with your Miller colleagues, you identify the best approaches in the overall context. The right contact: You support the team in managing our IT service providers. In case of problems or disturbances, you will create external tickets, coordinate the troubleshooting and introduce your own solution approaches. You take on on-site tasks in conjunction with the remote administration of the service providers. Future orientation & engagement: The IT world turns fast and we remain at the heart of time. You have fun trying out new things and taking up current developments. With your enthusiasm for modern technologies and AI, you bring fresh impulses, drive innovations forward and actively shape our IT towards the future.

You have a completed training, a study with IT reference or experience in the administration of relevant IT systems. Ideally, you are already looking at a multi-year professional experience in the IT environment. You are a real team player and can inspire others for ideas. You speak the language of specialist departments as well as IT. You have already gained experience in the project work and are familiar with common methods and tools of project management. You have a pronounced problem-solving competence, abstraction capability and think analytically. You have basic knowledge of information security and are able to understand the implementation of security measures. German and good English complete your profile.
