Legal Counsel - Focus on IT & Digitalization (m/f/d)

You advise on all important legal issues – from contract and IT law to data protection to corporate law. You make contracts fit: check, design, negotiate – whether with customers, partners or service providers. You are here when we manage exciting projects, such as cloud migration, AI solutions or data governance initiatives. You bring in your ideas when we develop internal guidelines, processes and training concepts. You make sure that we are always on the safe side with GDPR, NIS2, DORA and the EU AI Act. You work closely with colleagues from all areas – and exchange with external law firms and consultants if necessary.

It encourages you to unfold the potential of a state-of-the-art HR system for our customers throughout Germany. You have a completed legal study (e.g. as a full lawyer:in or business lawyer:in) and already relevant professional experience – ideally in the technology or IT environment. You know perfectly well in at least two of these areas: contract law, IT law, data protection law, compliance or company law. You are interested in digital business models, new technologies (especially AI) and the legal issues associated with it. You work independently and structured, but you can convince and communicate equally well in the team. You are able to convey complex legal issues clearly, understandably and practically.
