You advise and discuss incoming customer requests in the 2nd level, in particular on special products and individual packaging solutions with print. You develop product solutions perfectly tailored to customer needs and expand our customer base. You will ensure a structured handling of orders, requests and complaints in the defined process framework. You create, calculate and follow offers for special and individual products and accompany them to completion. You work closely with customer development, customer service, purchasing, and category management and take co-responsibility for sales and customer success.

You are strong in communication and enjoy dealing with people. You have a commercial or sales professional training. You bring knowledge of individual packaging solutions, special products and printing, or you have a high level of readiness in this environment. You convince with your own initiative, self-organization and resilience. You are safe in handling MS-Office and have experience with goods management systems (e.g. Navision, SAP, etc.).
