For our national HR Development team we are looking for reinforcement from June 2025! As part of our 13-member HR Development team, you have the chance to gain valuable practical experience in training management and support us in operational activities. You will be involved in training preparation and organisation and work closely with colleagues and external service providers. Support of the training organization: You help with the operational planning, organization and implementation of our internal training formats (online, offline, hybrid) and are in coordination with the team and training participants. Communication: You are in contact with trainers and external partners and contribute to smooth processes. Data management and system management: You support the maintenance of our internal digital learning platform and data management around our training opportunities. Operational support: You carry out administrative tasks, such as the creation of training documents, the independent preparation of training materials or assist in cooperation with external service providers.

You have completed your basic studies in Business Administration, Humanities or a comparable degree course – ideally with a focus on personnel or event management. You are organized, team-ready and feel safe in dealing with the current MS Office programs. First practical experience in the event organization or in the staff area is advantageous.
