Your tasks:

• Set up, program and operate CNC milling machines
• 3 axles and 5 axles machining, working in the pivoted plane Heidenhain control 640, 430
• Production of individual parts according to the drawing
• Rough and program adaptation of components for cam processing
• Measuring tools
• Monitoring and optimization of the processing process
• Timely completion of the work task
• Verification of the component according to drawing specifications and quality guidelines
• Working and implementing Lean Management

Your profile:

• completed vocational training as machining mechanic
• Professional experience as qualified CNC milling cutter
• teamable, flexible and ready to use
• Experience in team and project-oriented working methods
• Experiences in handling the Heidenhain 640 controllers are desirable
• Experienced in the reading of technical drawings and their implementation on the workpiece (single part production)
• Reliability, teamability and flexibility are your valued personal strengths that you know to use properly as a team player
• Ready to work in 2-layer
