In particular, you will: take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team as well as responsible for recruitment, development and deployment planning control the entire operational business and ensure optimal product presentation, land use and inventory management Planning, performing and evaluating inventory as well as monitoring and continuously optimizing the goods management system analyse economic indicators, manage budgets and revenues and derive measures to achieve targets develop and implement location-specific retail strategies and optimize processes and structures for the sustainable development of the site act as a central contact person for airport operators, authorities, cooperation partners and customers and ensure a trusted cooperation

Completed commercial training or study with a focus on trade, business or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in retail, travel retail or a comparable environment and multiannual leadership experience Embossed understanding of retail key figures and experience in their analysis and control Safe handling of goods management systems (e.g. SAP) and common MS Office applications Impressed analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a structured, independent way of working High communication and social competence, sovereign appearance and loadability in a dynamic working environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other foreign language skills of advantage You don't meet all the requirements, do you think the place fits exactly with you?
