Responsibility for all operations in the warehouse as well as ensuring all operations in the daily business Discipline and professional personnel responsibility for the warehouse team Leadership, motivation, training and further development of warehouse staff Ensuring the availability of goods and the optimal disposition of goods Ensuring quick and smooth operation of our collection customers in the warehouse Continuous further development of the bearing code numbers and the bearing structure Close cooperation with the management and executives of the departments and with the various interfaces in the company and our supply logistics Management and participation of various projects to continuously improve the processes and standards in the camp

Completed training in the field of warehouse/logistics. Professional experience in a comparable position combined with long-term leadership experience Experience with methods of Lean Management, Kaizen and 5S Impressed communication and presentation skills as well as implementation and enforcement skills High level of self-initiative, ability to look over the rim of the plate and high motivation Knowledge in handling ERP systems Impressed will for success and proven successes Will for personal further development into a task beyond the warehouse management
