As a Team Manager (gn) Domestic Distribution, you are responsible for the management and motivation of the team with personnel deployment planning and the training and training of employees in compliance with all relevant legal standards and guidelines of the company. You take over the management and control of the operating business including all subordinate work areas and the associated staff for domestic business. What does that mean?
