Regulatory Monitoring & Documentation: You observe regulatory developments, analyze impacts, guide action needs and document requirements in relevant systems (RWC, OSM, ISM etc.). Training & Knowledge Management: You continuously develop product-specific expertise on market trends, regulatory and customer expectations. Process management & quality assurance: You optimize processes in Investment Solutions and ensure their legal, qualitative and efficient design – including first-level monitoring. WpHG-Compliance & Consulting: You advise employees in Investment Solutions and sales management on all WpHG compliance topics and support the creation of customer presentations and promotional materials. Test and control plan: You shall ensure compliance with the risk-based audit and control plan and the timely creation of mandatory publications. Interface control & coordination: You independently coordinate the coordination with internal and external bodies (in particular compliance, auditing, auditing) and support the definition of sales objectives and remuneration principles.

Training: You have completed banking training or a comparable qualification as well as experience in compliance. Experience in compliance: You have well-founded practical experience in the WPHG Compliance environment, ideally in the financial sector, and know how to safely implement legal frameworks. Company customer competence: You know the special requirements of corporate customers and bring experience in their care and advice. Customer orientation & team spirit: you act service-oriented, convince by your hand-on mentality and organizational talent and communicate safely with different contact persons. Analytical thinking & overview: You quickly capture complex relationships, keep an overview of different processes and derive sound decisions. Structured & independent mode of operation: You work independently, solution-oriented and structured to efficiently and reliably implement tasks.
