Project Schedule Planner for Defence New Construction Projects, Focus on Weapons and Operational Systems (m/f/d)

Do you have a strong understanding of complex technical systems and want to help ensure that interfaces are properly controlled and project objectives are achieved on time? Then apply! In this position, it is your main task to apply the NVL-established project appointment planning systems in the field of weapons and deployment systems for new naval projects and to transfer them to current projects. Your tasks at a glance: You plan the project activities as part of the integrated overall scheduling in the disciplines of weapons and deployment systems. It is your task to create and update the project schedules, based on predefined scheduling systems and structures as well as project requirements. It is your responsibility to transfer this data to the NVL own ERP system and ensure the completeness and up-to-date of the plan data. Their role requires close cooperation and coordination with the subcontractors, employees and specialist departments involved in the project processing process. Their tasks include the consideration and processing of technical and sequential dependencies in the field of weapons and deployment systems in the course of scheduling. The important component is the consideration of the interfaces in the construction, production, procurement and commissioning and ILS outlet. You also create analyses and corresponding reports for project management from the collected data and feedback. In addition to scheduling, the active control of plan deviations in the project sequence is your responsibility, which requires that you closely accompany the project execution and regularly evaluate the progress together with the departments in order to implement suitable measures in the event of plan deviations. You will also be involved in the scheduling, evaluation and implementation of customer-related amendments.

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) Influential professional experience in scheduling and controlling complex major projects, ideally in a company in the maritime industry Experiences with ERP systems, preferably in the NVL-owned PS system Very good user knowledge in MS Project server-based Good user knowledge of popular MS Office programs Their strengths include a high degree of resilience, communication and team skills, flexibility, pragmatism and persuasiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and an independent, structured and careful way of working readiness to travel in Germany and abroad (20%)
