You immerse yourself in our global compensation structures and help develop them. For international salary rounds and in the annual bonus process, you pack up and get how strategic HR control works. Together with the team, you will prepare salarybenchmarks, advertise them and vote with external partners if necessary. We not only collect figures, but also use them in a meaningful way: you support the creation of HR key figures and build dashboards that create real added value for HR and management. In exciting projects, you can take your own tasks and take responsibility. You work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Controlling and the HR Systems Team – and get to know different perspectives in the company.

You study economy, (economic)psychology, HR, data analytics or something comparable – ideally with focus on personnel or controlling. Pay off, on the contrary: Analytical questions are fun. With Excel you feel safe, first touch points with reporting or visualization tools are a plus. Structured and careful work is yours, and you bring high quality standards. Curiosity, willingness to learn and genuine interest in topics such as remuneration, HR analytics and organizational development are the key to you. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
