You guide the teams professionally and disciplinaryly, shape clear roles and processes and promote a customer-oriented, high-solution team culture. For a clean, up-to-date work of numbers at any time – from payment inputs to open items to account clarification. In doing so, you will keep in mind both the highly automated accounting in the maintenance business and the complex accounting in the project business. You tax dunnings, payment targets and escalation levels, evaluate risks and stay up to the customer with a touch of fingertips even in tricky cases – to work with lawyers and the processing of insolvency cases. You accompany our new elevator and modernization orders commercially from the examination before acceptance (prices, conditions, rules, contractual risks) to a clean billing until evaluation – with the aim of a first-time-right' processing. You define, care and implement our risk management and policies and develop them together with the disciplines. You build a meaningful debitor and receivable report (including receivables, maturity structure, DSO, Cash-Forecast) and deliver decision-relevant key figures. You drive efficient, as automated as possible processes and develop our system landscape – in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

A commercial training with relevant training (e.g. balance sheet book holder:in) or an economic study with a focus on finance / accounting / debitor management. Multiannual experience in debitor accounting and receivable management, ideally in a project- and service-focused environment Leadership experience and joy in building and developing structures. Experience with complex project accounting (partial/final accounting, supplements, payment plans, milestone/delivery logics, performance certificates) Secure handling of ERP and accounting systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) and MS Office products Strong communication capability, a structured and analytical method as well as enforcement strength coupled with fingertip feeling in customer contact.
