Manager Project Financing (New Financing)

Responsible coordination and support of financing processes for wind, photovoltaic and/or battery storage projects (BESS) – with particular focus on structuring and implementing tailor-made financing solutions Negotiations of termsheets, credit agreements and other relevant financing documents until signature Contact persons for banks and financialians in the framework of structuring and contract negotiation Responsible control of cross-departmental processes until successful completion of financing Close cooperation with internal specialist departments to ensure and optimally prepare the financing capacity of the projects Support for internal structuring of financing solutions and the development of new financing models Review of financing-relevant inputs in Excel-based financial models, including implementation of scenario analyses to derive sustainable financing concepts Active support of Closing processes and support of the specialist departments in the case of calls for funds under existing financing, including coordination of all necessary documents and compliance with relevant deadlines Active participation in the further development and optimization of internal processes

Successfully completed studies of business management or a comparable degree programme At least two years of experience in the negotiation and implementation of project financing as well as active monitoring of closing processes, ideally in the field of renewable energies First practical experience in banking business is an advantage Safe handling of financial models and understanding of financial mathematics, including implementation of scenario analyses Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities German and English knowledge in word and writing
