Then become part of our team in Kircheim near Munich, Berlin, Leipzig or Cologne and actively train the documentation of our products. What is there to do?

• You create and provide technical documentation on our products for customers and partners
• In close coordination with the development, you will accompany the entire production process - from search to release of documents
• You will create technical graphics and develop manuals as well as online help in German and English
• You actively contribute to the further development of the tools and formats used
• You support the developer team in formulation issues and are part of the internal knowledge exchange, such as Knowledge Bases or Known Issues
• If necessary, you also take translations and support in standardizing our documentation processes

That's what you bring

• A completed study in the field of technical editorial staff or in a comparable subject - as an alternative knowledge acquired by professional experience, also possible as a career entry
• Enthusiasm for IT security and experience in handling Unix/Linux systems
• Knowledge in LaTeX and award languages
• Very good German (C1) and English skills, written as oral
• A structured, safety-oriented way of working independently and at the same time in the team
• Joy in cooperation with developers and product owners and working at the interface between technology and communication
