You bring a completed university degree in BWL, personnel, business informatics, data analytics or a comparable area and combine HR know-how with digital understanding Experience in HR Operations, HR Digitalization and/or People Analytics has already collected and know how modern HR processes are efficiently designed As an experienced manager, you take responsibility for your team and advance projects structured and targeted In the right to work, social and data protection, you move safely and have a good sense of the requirements of modern HR work Modern HR systems as well as analytics and BI tools are familiar to you and you enjoy developing data-based solutions You think analytical, act solution-oriented and convince with a pronounced hand-on mentality and openness for changes you can master the German language in writing as oral at the native language level - good English skills complete your profile
