Point by point. As a lawyer (m/w/d), you support our insolvency administrators and take over the following assistance tasks:

Creation of first letters and various standard letters, e.g. to debtors, banks, insurance companies and other stakeholders Preparation and compilation of opinions and reports including the necessary installations Organisation of the resubmission system and monitoring and maintaining the deadlines Conducting a structured, digital process file Care of process-accompanying overviews Organisation of the document and control of payment inputs search for relevant information (e.g. commercial register, land register, insolvency files, debt register) Telephone correspondence with courts, authorities, banks and other parties

You can.

You work conscientiously and score with your expertise You also have: A completed training as a lawyer's specialist, or alternatively as a cross-entry, a completed commercial or administrative training with well-founded professional experience in the insolvency area Embossed knowledge in MS Office applications Safe handling of modern office communication Very good knowledge of German in word and writing You have: Joy of independent work in the team and to take responsibility You are: Strong communication, precise and team-ready
