SAP Field Service Management Specialist / SAP-Consultant (m/f/d)

As a SAP Field Service Management Specialist (w/m/d), you actively work in customer projects. Your focus is on designing, adapting and integrating customer requirements within SAP FSM. Your goal: efficiently implement digital service processes – in close cooperation with internal project teams and our customers. Together with the project team, you will design the integration and optimization of service orders in SAP Field Service Management (FSM). You ensure that digital service processes run smoothly in FSM and continuously develop them. You analyze and independently solve technical and technical challenges in the interaction of SAP ERP and SAP FSM. The further development and adaptation of FSM to SAP S/4HANA as well as the close cooperation with our service teams and customer pages are part of your everyday life. With your know-how, you bring new impulses for innovative FSM solutions and actively shape the digital service future of our customers.

At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT consultant in the SAP and FSM environment Expert knowledge in adapting and implementing FSM solutions and their seamless connection to SAP systems. Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Safe handling of interfaces, data integration and error analysis in the SAP and FSM environment (e.g. IDocs) Basic knowledge of customizing and configuration of SAP modules (e.g. SD) Experience in cooperation with IT and specialist departments Analytical and solution-oriented thinking Process understanding for modeling and optimising business processes High customer orientation and serviceability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
