We are now looking for a team management / Team Leader (m/w/d) that takes responsibility for a defined team and contributes to the project business. This position requires leadership experience as well as a structured, solution-oriented operation. You take over the disciplinary leadership of an engineering team and all tasks of personnel management in the Employee Lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and development to offboarding You start the personnel planning, carry out the recruitment process, select suitable persons and carry out all necessary steps in cooperation with Human Resources You will demonstrate the performance and development of employees, develop individual development plans and promote targeted expertise and leadership You strengthen motivation and commitment in the team through active leadership and ensure a smooth process of new team members You conduct development talks and implement team-related and individual measures for employees You participate in the project business and make your contribution to the development of the business area

Complete engineering or scientific studies or comparative studies At least 5 years of professional experience and first leadership experience Structured, solution-oriented operation Ideal experience in personnel search, development and employee management Communication strength, team spirit and ability to motivate people and achieve common goals
