The dedicated IT team is responsible for infrastructure, business applications, digitalization and IT security. In this role you work on diverse topics: from network management and server administration to production-related IT. Your ideas are explicitly welcome, specializations are encouraged. Ensuring a smooth IT operation both in the office and in production-related areas, including collaboration with departments such as warehouses, production and other operational teams to optimally support their processes Network management including commissioning, configuration, administration, optimization and troubleshooting Support, maintenance and further development of the Windows server landscape Responsibility for Microsoft 365 and other business applications Participation in future-oriented IT projects in cooperation with external service providers

Complete IT training (e.g. specialist in system integration, IT system electronics) or comparable professional experience, as an alternative to a non-skilled training with multi-year professional experience in IT Experience in system and network administration, ideally with Windows Server, domains, Microsoft 365 and basic network components Knowledge of processes in manufacturing companies or professional experience in an IT service provider/system house Openness for a variety of IT topics Analytical thinking and joy in developing and driving solutions independently
